Of course, it's not possible without knowing German. You need A2 level of German to be able to search for a job. Being familiar with job-related vocabulary and being able to speak German will greatly benefit you. A2 level German is definitely not sufficient for conversation, so it is important to continue studying German.
For Experienced High School Graduates:
If you have graduated from a regular high school and have experience in your job that you can document, we can help you find a suitable employer in the required fields. According to current regulations, it may not be possible to determine the equivalence of your profession, but don't let that scare or discourage you. Nothing is impossible. Germany needs your experience, it's just a matter of presenting it correctly, and that's our job. You may have obtained certification and undergone training programs in your profession through vocational training courses or you may have acquired experience through self-study. In this case, it is important to document your training and professional experience as much as possible. Documentation of your insured employment is also very important. For example, if you have been a hairdresser for 5 years and your insurance covers your profession, you need to provide evidence of this. Due to the labor shortage in Germany, if you find an employer who wants to hire you, professional equivalence may not be absolutely necessary. However, it is crucial that your employer in Germany wants you. It is essential for your German employer to recognize your experience and understand how you can be beneficial to their business. This is where our experience and support come in. If you are a regular high school graduate and have no work experience, coming to Germany may not be impossible, but it won't be easy either. We strongly advise against coming illegally. You will be deported and may not be able to enter European countries again. Our recommendation, if you are under 30 years old, is to come to Germany to pursue education. This way, you will have a recognized job in Germany and it will make it easier for you to settle. What can you do to access education? We recommend reading our section on education.
Here's what we do for you:
• We assess your German proficiency level.
• We offer paid German courses for A1 and A2 levels.
• We provide support in writing your CV and letter of intent.
• We search for jobs on your behalf and arrange job interviews.
• We offer support during the job interview process.
• We assist you in preparing the necessary documents for the visa along with the job acceptance letter.
• We provide support in preparing the required documents for equivalency and handle your applications.
• We help in arranging accommodation for you during the period after acceptance and assist in finding a place to live.
• We provide support in preparing the documents for family reunification.
Here's what we expect from you:
• Fill out the documents completely and accurately.
• Pay the application, translation, and postage fees (receipts will be provided to you).
• Show some patience with the German bureaucracy.. Continue studying German.
Now, let's talk about the fee:
• Our consulting fee is equivalent to a salary in Germany. Salaries in Germany are calculated as net and gross, and our fee is equal to your gross salary.
• We take 300 euros of this fee when we make our Consulting Agreement, and the remaining amount is divided into three installments that we collect when you start working.
• We only receive our actual fee once you sign your employment contract, so you can be sure that we will not leave you alone during this process and we will assist you in every way possible. Procedures for Austria, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom may differ from Germany. Since Germany is currently a popular country, we have focused more on it. However, if you seek consultancy for other countries, our experienced and expert team will provide you with the necessary information and be there for you throughout this process.
