Working as a Nurse or Healthcare Personnel in Germany
Nursing is a challenging profession, but considering the working conditions and heavy workload in Turkey, nursing in Germany can be comparatively easier and more comfortable. The German population is gradually aging, leading to an increasing demand for nurses and caregivers. As a result, the German government constantly introduces new laws and facilitations regarding immigrants. It seems that the need for nurses in Germany will not diminish anytime soon. However, Germany follows a meticulous approach when it comes to recruiting healthcare personnel. Given the already bureaucratic nature of many processes conducted through letters, the addition of this factor can make the process a bit lengthy. It is important for you to maintain your faith and continue improving your language skills during this process. For nurses, the first and most important requirement for applying is to have a B1 level of proficiency in German. Later on, before obtaining a work permit, you will need to acquire a B2 certificate. You can start working on the B2 level during the application process, and if you wish, we offer free online courses specifically designed for the B2 exam. Once you have achieved a B1 level in German, you can start submitting job applications. After successful job interviews, you will need to apply for recognition of your qualifications in order to work in that specific state. Throughout these processes, numerous documents and paperwork will be involved. Ultimately, you will have a job where you receive your salary in Euros, experience less workload, and have more paid leave. However, having a B1 level in German is not sufficient for engaging in conversations with your nursing colleagues at the hospital. Therefore, if your dream is to work in Germany, our recommendation is to continue learning German regardless of your proficiency level.

• We offer paid courses for B1, but you can also study on your own

• We only receive our actual fee once you sign your employment contract, so you can be assured that we will not leave you during this process and that we will assist you in every aspect.
